The tighter areas were machined with Rupes LHR75E and the newly available matching Rupes pads!

Firstly apologies for the lack of write ups recently - I'm a fair few behind at the moment but should be able to get most of them posted up over the next couple of days. To see all of our latest updates please Follow Us On Facebook!
This write up is quite a lengthy one, featuring the worlds...
I swear I've done one of these Clio's before!!:lol:
This particular example travelled over from Hinckley near Leicester to me, for a Light Correction detail to eliminate any swirling and reduce and deeper scratches present, in what was supposed to be a day, but turned into a 16 hour...
The Hex spot pads seem to die quite quickly on a DA, and especially the Rupes LHR75E - I've killed two orange ones in the past month or so!!
Great pads though.
I'd go for a minimum K3575 which is £200 on that site.
The Karcher Outlet often has them for £120, but they have no stock at the moment:

The RenaultSport Clio 200 Silverstone GP is a limited edition with a run of 50 cars being made. This particular example is Number 50 of 50!!
The owner is possibly looking to change this soon so wanted it looking its best ahead of a potential sale. We opted for a light correction detail...
Oooooops, here's the rest of it :)

Thanks for taking the time to read up on our latest work - please feel free to Follow Us On Facebook to keep up with the latest goings on at MCC HQ! :)
This car has been booked in for a few months - it has recently had a full polished wheel refurb at leading local wheel refurb specialists A1...
Thanks all :)
It's a shame it didn't need more machine work really, would have made for a more complete write up but you can't really photograph what a finishing polish does
Indeed, thank you :)
I'm sick of all of the hypocritical bitching I get about stuff now, THEN see the same person 'borrowing' the same concept a few months later - great world is detailing! :)
and finally, after many hours, some afters!!

This booking was in fact supposed to be a Lotus Exige S but was changed at the last minute to a RenaultSport Clio V6 in Liquid Yellow - some of you may remember this from my write up on it earlier in the year:

The owner wanted it...
I'd take Black Hole out of the equation - you shouldn't need it after using something like 106FA and finishing down properly.
The white pad with 203S via DA on Ford should give you great results in reality. It's probably your technique more than anything else. How large is your working area...
Today's task was a tuition detail on an extremely well kept Clio 172 Cup in Mondial Blue. All of my previous tuition details were carried out on silver cars which was a shade frustrating as the 'difference'/results are perhaps less obvious than they are on say a black, red or blue car...
This recently imported EvolutionV was very clean and well presented but the paintwork was very dry, easily marked and lacking clarity and gloss. It was booked in for our Enhancement Detail package and protected with Zaino.
A few befores of the car shortly after being dropped off:

Thank you :)
It's actually one of the best wax based wheel sealants - good for about 5k miles or 3 to 4 months I'd say.
Only the coatings such as GTechniq C5 will be more durable, or something like Finish Kare 1000P, but Mint Rims leaves a lovely wet look gloss to the finish.
