    MK3 rs clio 197

It looks really bloated in some pics. However it looks sweet in this... But no standard xenons, alcantara or decent stereo? hmmm, Renaults are supposed to be good value - think they might be relying on their laurels.

Weren't you listening ;) ....you use the C-spanner to wind up the plate that the spring sits on. Would be easier to do with the car jacked up. Looks great.

My racing blue 182 on coilys :-)

Ah balls I left the pizza behind! ;) Was a pleasure to fit them (apart from the bit where I smashed my nail in) and as ross says, from what I felt, it was more supple than on mine. Could be down to the wheels (mine had non-standard wheels on at the time)? If the cat scraping pisses you off...

    Clio 172 & Cup 182 Suspension

Springs alone are unlikely to ever make a car look too low (although I am sure there are -90mm springs for a Calibra or something that probably do ;)) Apex are good.

    Clio V6 - but FWD.

I'd buy a Golf mk3 VR6 and spend loads on making it handle well instead if I were you. In fact, I might just do that ;)

    pc'ed silver 172

Think it was Iceburg I had on my mk1 V6? Not sure, but my titanium 182 looks far brighter, crisper and better.

    Clio V6 - but FWD.

And its pretty nose heavy already - a V6 would ruin the handling.

Rev limiter too easy to hit?

Does anyone find that the car pulls a little bit harder right before the limiter (when warm)? Most noticable in 2nd (due to being a short gear), probably picks up at 7000rpm but obviously crashes straight into the limiter a few moments later. This could be due to my CDA airbox. Need a higher...

RS Clio MK3 seen on french roads !!!

The mk3 looks as uninspiring as a sporting hatch-back as the mk2 did. The CTR and Focus RS, etc. perhaps looked a bit chav, but they certainly made the point, this looks completely underwhelming, and like someone else said, a Toyota Yaris. Hope it handles well, and people will love it like the...
