Weren't you listening ;) ....you use the C-spanner to wind up the plate that the spring sits on. Would be easier to do with the car jacked up.

Was a pleasure to fit them (apart from the bit where I smashed my nail in) and as ross says, from what I felt, it was more supple than on mine. Could be down to the wheels (mine had non-standard wheels on at the time)?

Springs alone are unlikely to ever make a car look too low (although I am sure there are -90mm springs for a Calibra or something that probably do ;))
Apex are good.
Does anyone find that the car pulls a little bit harder right before the limiter (when warm)? Most noticable in 2nd (due to being a short gear), probably picks up at 7000rpm but obviously crashes straight into the limiter a few moments later.
This could be due to my CDA airbox. Need a higher...
The mk3 looks as uninspiring as a sporting hatch-back as the mk2 did. The CTR and Focus RS, etc. perhaps looked a bit chav, but they certainly made the point, this looks completely underwhelming, and like someone else said, a Toyota Yaris.
