    What's the cheapest that's been paid?

    Bought my Ph1 172 a few months back, near mint - sensible miles, not a sausage wrong with it - only mod was a longlife exhaust. Cambelt, aux, dephaser all done and good. £370 lol Put it through MOT, failed on a £7 washer pump - no advisories. Chuffed with that.

    Fast gearchange grind/crunch into 4th

    Possibly just a worn synchro? Worth a gearbox oil change anyway at the least, also a lot of manufacturers offer treatments for worn gear syncros etc that you can add to the gearbox oil.
