Do you guys know of any ICE stores in the Kent, London or Essex area that might have Focal, DLS, Diamond Audio or the like that I can hear??
Ta in advance
Cool, DLS are pretty good by all accounts. Im told that you are generally better having an amp that has "head-room" (more power than the speaker is rated at), and you simply keep the gains down, to prevent damage to the sub. The guys on the Talkaudio forum will be able to help you more than me!
Looking on Ebay for some comps and came across this...

People seem to forget that Diesel is a naturally less calorific fuel(forgive the spelling). Less calories = less power per bang regardless of how it is exploded!!! Its like running a petrol car on 65 RON fuel instead of 95 RON.

I had problems with my 205 - it had a Clifford Concept 50 something alarm, and the proximity sensor was under the coin tray.
It took months to figure out what caused the problems!
It was keeping loose change in the coin tray that did it!!! The coins f**ked with the alarm and made it spack...
Octane actually makes the fuel more difficult to burn, it stablises the fuel meaning that it doesnt ignite before its needed, reducing pinking (pre-ignition). It means the timing can be adjusted more easily, and revs can be raised higher. Lead was used as a cheap alternative to octcane. New...
