Nah not yozza, had it custom made and made lots of little changes and touches to get it just right, the tip is angled up say 30 degrees from the backbox so its sits perfect.
I guess so as it would block the cold air, but tis thick and hard to wrap around the cooler and fix in place. i think il try the foil as i can just use my hands to scrunch it around the arqward shape of it but use a shed load of it then some duct tape around it a few times.
Im running a 13 row oil cooler with a thermo sandwich plate and have been for a while now, but with the cold weather were going to get its best i nock up some sort of cover for it as the sandwhich plate still flows some oil through to the cooler even if its not upto operating temperature.

Im really intrested in the conversion, what will the reliability be like at 260hp? will anything need to be looked into before any dort of drive in drive out conversion is released?
Out of curiosity which off the shelf turbo was used in the conversion? And what type of figures could it produce if the bottom end was to be forged along with supporting parts?

I have a sabelt steering wheel fitted so I have no way of manually beeping the horn by accident. However over the last few days it seems to randomly sometimes beep when turning sharply around a corner? (quite embarrassing as other drivers thing im smashing my horn at them going around coming out...
Could be top mount washer clunking about, but does also sounds awfully like a spring twisting and jumping around in its cup asif its snapped a coil? (not saying thats the problem but sounds like it could also be something to check).
Just had a look and managed to find 20nm for the clutch cover torque settings. I dont have a small torque wrench to dial in 20nm, Is it 100% essential i get them 20nm or can they be over that without any issues as ive just nipped them all up tight.
