On the early ones it can be either but they 'seemed' to rectify it on the drivers side as time went on (around 2004), Makes sense todo both really it'd save the hassle and its only a quick 20 minute job.
Look under each seat, its a block plug with 2 wires going in and 2 going out, can't miss it.
The airbag light will be the pretensioner wiring under the seat, wiggle each connecter (under the seat, the connector will have brown/blue wires) and the light should go out, for a bit.
Most people cut and solder them so its got a proper connection.
Yes Wiking you can 'strip down' each block plug, with it disconnected you'll see a panel, flick it open with a small screwdriver and you'll see the tags you need to flick to remove the terminals. You can tighten them aswell, just push the pins each side together slightly.
Check your black...
Dead easy to test your glow plugs, remove all 4 leads, then give the top of them 12v with a test light from the + terminal, if its lights up they're okay (complete circuit), if not they've burnt out.
Same to see if your getting 12v to them, earth the test light on the - terminal, then poke the...
Should last the better side of 100k, sure its not engine mounts?
The clutches are dead heavy aswell which doesn't help with trying to be gentle with it.
Speak to Oilman on here, he can get you any oil you need. 1.2s are fine with any decent semi/fully synth 10w40.
Your service intervals are 18k or 2 years whichever is soonest, ideally you want to get a stamp in the book at each service, IMO (and most people on here do it) its best to get the...

Flat blade screwdriver for the airbox pipe and either a 10mm spanner or a 1/4" 10mm socket on a T20 screwdriver (not 100% needed).
Pull the air intake pipe off, unclip the relevant wiring off the top of the airbox...
^ If the immobiliser light doesn't flash rapidly - If it doesn't crank or even click I'd replace the starter operating wire terminal - 5 min job. About 50p from halfords and crimp it with some pliers.
Eh?? Are you sure your not on about Laguna2s?
The 2.0 8v and 1.8 8v in the Laguna1 are still probably the most reliable reliable engines going! Laguna1s are solid, they're built like a tank.
EDIT- Agree with Lemonnobby
Yeah its the bulb holder mate, take it out, and bend the tags out slightly, put it back in and it'll work.
Make sure the holders pushed in fully, and twisted till it stops.
When you say it won't start first, second, third times, I assume you just mean it cranks and cranks but doesn't fire?
If thats the case firstly I'd either take off the TDC sensor and clean it, tighten the terminals and try that (as its family), or replace the TDC sensor.
Could be a few...
Do a search mate theres been about 5 threads on this in the last few weeks with loads of replies/cures/fixes etc.
If its leaking around a bolthead, some people take out the bolt, gunk loads of sealant round it, wack it back in and torque it to 12n/m, some people wait till cambelt time, and...
The fog lights are screwed into a bracket on the bumper, ideally you'll get the front arch liners out the way and go straight in the wheel arch. There is a screw each side of the foglight on the back, Torx 20s. Undo them both and the foglight will come out the back.
Leave it on a radiator...
Its all in the service book.
I know someones said already but...
Clio 2 expect RS - 18k or 2 years, whichever is sooner. RED service book.
RS 172/182/V6 - 12k or 2 years, whichever is sooner. RED service book.
RS 197 - 12k or 1 year, whichever is sooner. GREEN/PALE BLUE service book.

Its meant to be a sport, Renault say the cars are capable todo 140mph+, go on track days etc etc, if it can't take a little bit of stick what chance does it have.
Faulty ABS sensor or ABS receiver ring, you don't have to buy a new shaft you can get the rings on there own, Renault will try and sell you a shaft though.
If your keen get the car jacked up and take the wheels off, look for owt obvious, ie ring cracked/covered in rust, front or rear, rubbed...
