This might be a silly question, but if a part is listed as RH (right hand) and LH (left hand) is RH nearside (if looking under the bonnet) or offside (if sitting in the car)?

ah I see. I think I had an issue with this before. Couldn't get the totals to agree as the sum was still taking into account the extra decimals. What I done was copied the cell with the formula (to 2 decimal places which appears correct) and paste special as values.

It still goes against you though, even a non fault. I asked an insurer why they ask about claims (even if they weren't your fault) and was told that you are still deemed a higher risk if you are hit by a third party

Unfortunate thing is that even non fault accidents do go against you. I have been hit twice (in 3 years) and they do take that into consideration when you obtain new quotes. Unfair Yes. Get his details. Inform your insurance company quickly.
