Its a tough decision. Seek revenge, and then have to worry about them doing something else, or let it go and keep your car in the garage.
I prefer the easy life, so I know what I'd do. Frustrating yes, but starting something may just escalate into endless hassle.
Over the past few days I have noticed a squealing coming from the car when steering left. Not all the time, just occasionally.

I lost the back end of my car at about 15mph on a roundabout in the rain. Diesel on the road too which didn't help.
It only rolled I think because of the way it went up the embankment. Bad luck really. If it hadn't hit the verge, it would have been nothing more than a slip up and a skid.
Isn't there a way of checking if the parts fitted look like they have been changed? Like tool marks on bolts, paint chipped off etc?
Ask the previous owner if they can provide receipts for the parts.
