I roll my foot. The need to modify it is cos I can't reach it with the outside edge of my foot. Ideally, you want the pivot point of your foot which is in the centre of the ball of your foot, to still be in contact with the brake pedal, albeit on the far right hand side of the brake pedal. This...
LOL! I tried some "practice, practice, practice" when I was out in the car yesterday but kept slipping off the brake pedal which gives me the fear tbh!
I think the problem is I keep practicing under light braking and it is obviously easier under heavy braking. Trouble is most of my driving is...
Not trying to take sides or anything here in this banterous thread of mine, but id like to entrust myself with Brad and his knowledge for a mo and ask him a question...
As you say, "the things that will damage a synchromesh gearbox is attempting to change gear faster than the box will allow"...
Will do!
Cheers for some of the suggestions...might try the spacing method mentioned above temporarily. For now though, its a cup splitter @ £150 from Renault this Saturday...im such a mug but they make the car look much better!:)

I hate not being able to heel and toe in the 182! A friend of mine can heel and toe my car but he has size 13s.
Does anyone have a nice solution to my problem? Like special shoes, pedal adjustments maybe or something-else that im not aware of?
Where did you get that decal on the bonnet from and what does it say?
I like the discreetness of these and lack of yellow compared to the Renault F1 Team decals!
Looks like its about £25 for front 3/4 and standard rear with no border and standard UK lettering on each.
U got a picture of yours calum for reference?
Cheers, il giv them a try. Its slim pickins these days tryin to find a place that will do anything other than standard plates but i think it will definitely make it look neater and hopefully not too chavy/neddy!
Can you still buy 3/4 sized registration plates or was that only possible before the new laws were passed about registration plates having to be bog standard?
SeriousWheels from halfords is good with the little brush to make sure you get into all the nooks and crannies. It doesnt seem to get rid of those little bits of tar though! Does Bilberry get rid of the tar?
Nice looking car that...i really want a front splitter but £150 is a hooer of a price! Is that outside that tuning company at the back of the broadleys vet near the VW, Audi and BMW garages by any chance?
