ok had the car a week now put 500 miles on it and the windscreen is already cracked and theres a knocking noise coming from the frount passenger side when i pull off! (reminds me of the noise my 16v used to make when the suspension was on the way out! ) has anyone else had a problem like this...

haha i seen a car once think it was a knacked nisan or something and the owner had chopped up some letters and it said .. NISAN NAIL it made the car so much cooler!

shut the door with the window down a bit and lock it with the central locking! then wave your hands around inside it! wait for it to go off ...if it ever does! i didnt know gear change indicators were on the normal 172!

sounds like the little knob on the dash(or the mechinism) that dictates hot or cold air is knakered! if it was your matrix then water would be pi**ing everywhere! sorry my name aint bob but thought i say something!

no paul mine are just the standard 16"s but there very clean and the rubber is very black! makes them look bigger!! lol

poped the bonnet on the cup today and the engine has loads of white spots on it (chickin pox the misses recons) but they wipe off so it dont matter!! but how much does it cost to get it sorted? ie plish the renault sport bit?? anyone done it yet?

yeah i got mine from geoff_172 for a tenner! he had already cut the two bits of plastic off for me ;) mine are autoart and like viv said pop out with a flat head screw driver!

and yes its a civic type r behind it! we will be racing very shortly and recording the results for all to see!

got the new cup yesterday done the first mod today! clear lenses fitted (thanks to geoff_172 for the indicators) i think they look way better than the orange ones!
