    Tyres

It all depends on the width of the rim. A 195 tyre is usually like a 6.5J or something, whereas a 205 can be a 7J, and even though they'd fit, it'd stretch the sidewall, and having a small sidewall anyway, well, it wouldn't be too advisable. Get more info on the width of the rim. You'll be fine...

When road tyres a bald do they grip better in dry?

Kwik Fit should do it free. 50 quid is stupid. My kwik fit would usually charge about 20 if we didn't know ya, 50's too steep.

When road tyres a bald do they grip better in dry?

You can buy tools that can get locking nuts out. It' basically just a socket that you hammer over the top and then undo it. They don't cost much. Alternatively, take it down to a garage and they might be able to drill them out. OR, dealer job and they'll have a "master key"

Coil packs are a pain. Not a bad price though. Could fit it yourself.

    Dealer paying for new alloys!

think i'd have been the same. All I can say is, when buyin the rims, think about how much the new tyres are gonna cost too. Little thing, but they do end up adding up!

Where to get my tyres fitted...

Whereabouts do ya live? I work at Kwik Fit, might be able to cut ya a deal if you not got them fitted yet. Otherwise try and ETS/ ATS they might do it cheaper EDIT:: Sorry didn't read properly ^^

The company and pay's crap but it's quite an enjoyable little job. I smashed my first clio up, now I'm running round in a '94 M reg ClioRT...
