They won't fit even with the spacers. Cause I'm guessing it's ona valver and that said valver has been lowered? Doubt the 16's'll fit with the car lowered. Your problem is that you're going wider with smaller sidewalls and a bigger alloy. I doubt even if you put spacers on that they wouldn't catch.
Yeah it was to me. Looking through the exhaust catalogue at work today and apprantley, depending on the CC (cause there's two different ones) determines the bhp.
^^ true. Except they're a very odd ball size, I have trouble getting hold of them for cheap. and im in the business. You'd be better off with 185/55 V15
Haha!!! thanks :D it could have been me! lol...I drive a little crazy sometimes...you'll have to let me know when you're out and about next!!
Just to get the wheels refurbed. They look shite at the minute...but other than that, should be alright. Had to have a steering rack in it at the start...
Plus my original cliosport mats!! haha...why is whenever I spend hours washing and cleaning the car it a) never quite looks clean enough and b) starts to rain?!
If you're going from an 84w to an 87W it's more than likely the new tyre is an extra load. Basically can hold more weight on each four corners. Sidewalls are stiffer. Not much difference really, wear is still generally the same.
true...done the engine mods and lowering though. There's 3 the same round my way...doesnt stick out much anymore, but I don't wanna look like a chavvy girl racer...Standard it is then...cheers
...just wondered what everyone's done to theirs?
Mine's a bit plain and boring. Doesn't really...stand out but don't want to go too far from original...
Never done track racing, but know people who have and have sworn by the dunlops...apparently they stick really well...but if you've used the yoko's before you know what to expct...?
yeah pretty much. But only usually in the centre of the tread if it's over inflated. So if doesn't wear there but wears evenly, that's another sign of correct tyre pressure. lol, OR, opt for a 4 wheel alignment check? That might make a bit of difference.
The conti's are a better branded tyre...
You can put more pressure in the back. 2.1 bar's about 30/32psi?? :S Go to about 34 and see how that feels. Are the tyres standard size or have you uprated them? Cause obv the pressure would change. But try adding a few more psi and see if that makes a difference. The only problem is when you...
