Hunted high and low and went to view loads of colours..... in the end this one stood out just right for me - yes its not to everyones taste but didn't want a 'look at me car' just subtle but yet head turning.

Well the #244 goes to its new owner tomorro, sadly he's not on here. But I will see it from time to time - due to moving into the local town!

My mate got his 205 back on the road again after being garaged for over 18months. The 205 owners club had a run out so we met up and had a blast out up the lakes - then we went on our own as we had to get back home.

I have the chance to buy my mates ph1 172, its done around 102k need alot of TLC on an X reg,
1st of is a rough cost to offer him as I have seen them go from £900 - £2900+

haven't taken many pics since I had alot of work done by the body shop scratches stone chip etc... removed.
Washed and waxed using following
washed 2BM zymol
AG SRP x2 coats
Collinite 845 x2 coats
some are taken with 50mm lens some 18-55mm...
With all the snow gone and temp holding around 7-9 degrees thought I'd give the car a clean..... only probs being I just washed and removed all the tar. Then applied limeprime, SRP - I had to go to town to get a few things and when I got back I started to apply Collinite got the whole front done...
Since I had my car sprayed I got given a tub of left over paint...... the other day I noticed a little defect right in the corner of the bonnet stone chip maybe?
Now whats the best way to apply it as its not like normal paint..... they mentioned something about using a very fine nail brush...
One of the main bulbs have gone pop so have been looking at getting some new ones, and instead of getting the 'yellow' looking ones (to the xenons) was thinking abouts a whiter main beam.

I have looked at various threads but mine seems to be touching in the middle, not the sides.... how have people come up with a solution?? as I can only think of cutting it out more so it doesn't hit the centre bit on the boot ( the lump where the wiper motor is)

My passenger seat has started rattling when unloaded, it seems to be the runners, I have tried to move the seat in different positions but still rattles. Just wondering if anyone has found a way of fixing this??

Ever since changing my steering wheel over (sabelt to original) I have the TC and SERV light on - Birchdown changed the steering position sensor as the horn wouldn't work and this is connected to it. Still the lights where on they tried to erase the fault but every time you started the car up...
Was giving the mrs car a clean over came to do the wheels, put brush between spokes to clean inside of the wheels when I pulled it out it was covered in thick grease :-( the cv joint has split causing it to spread everywhere.......
Tried washing the brush on it's own but no joy..... Any ideas...
