True, but the vast majority of the 3G owners on here still won't have acquired a handset and unlocked their baseband. So for the iPhone it's a fairly null point.

Seems to me you've picked two odd cars to shortlist given your usage. Personally i'd be looking at a Leon FR, or a 330D. Much higher MPG, much better cruisers and still good fun.

I actually find it's OK, providing you have a good light source, and you move it around to capture the best contrast it's able to gather. There are some decent apps for the camera though which do increase the control you have over it, and post-process. The only real thing is lacks camera wise...

You can, the shape of the phone is different when you compare them side by side, that's a 3G.

Doubtful, they won't be delivered as different streams, It'll be a single stream so picture/sound should remain synced. Pretty fundamental issue, so I'm sure however they're delivering it (Slingstream) they'll make it as smooth as they can.

BoB on BD seems pointless to me, the fact is was filmed with a grainy texture and a rough edge negates the clarity of BD. I'll stick with my inferior DVD copy :) Planet Earth is indeed AMAZING, recommended!
