Looks like a similar result to the Turtle Speed Wax. Quick spray on, spread around, dry for 5 mins then buff off. Leaves a nice glossy finish which is ideal between proper waxes! :D

On a track, I'd expect a 172/182 to have the edge with regard to handling. Far more chuckable than the Megane, as you'd expect really due to the overall size of a Clio compared to the Megane. But on the road and for the average driver the 225 is a quicker car. Off the line they are both...

Caught a glimpse of this stunning beast driving accross Kenley Aerodrome (Surrey). Apart from not indicating well turnin accross me at a roundabout, he then drove with such speed I couldn't keep up. Granted I was in a big black van at the time!!! lol

The Phase 1 Clio does look kinda dated, purely coz the Phase 2 172 came out and still looks fresh today. People who own different cars don't necessarily know the potential of other brands/models. In the same way I don't know much about Ibizas they clearly don't know much about Clio 172s...

I've got a Megane 225 not a Clio anyway, but I just thought I'd look into it before everyone has a fit over it haha. I saw a black Clio on here which had one and I liked it.

The Focus RS' are lovely motors, a lot more classy and classic than the new ST is. Why get rid though??? I know what you mean about not wanting to take it out all the time, I'm terrible with my Meg 225 but I wouldn't get rid for anything.

I'd have have thought that the current range of 'super minis' will have the same problem with their 1.2 ranges. I mean look at the new Corsa, it appears as bulky as the new Clio and also comes in a 1.2. Gotta be super slow!!!!

Just from what I've seen of them I'd imagine that the reason they let go in a huge fashion is due to the massive levels of grip which by the time you break that grip you're really pushing it. Then when it finally slips, it lets go and is hard to correct. Stuff like a 200SX for example is...

I dropped my Megane off and left it with em whilst they did all four wheels. Less hassle than buying new ones and selling your old ones. I got mine done at Wicked Wheels in Crawley and highly rate em. If done properly the finish will be factory anyway. Wheels are only painted lacquered...

Mate, its all good getting em refubed. I had the ones on my Megane reburbished and powder coated black. Better finish than my original wheels. And £220 for all 4. :D
