Looking to get a new MP3 player and looking for advice on the best one to get.
Basic requirements:
- 4GB memory (would maybe consider 2GB)
- Must have an FM Radio
Price - £60ish maximum
Initially I was going to get a second hand Ipod Nano off Ebay, but tbh I really want a radio...
As mentioned by PM, the kit you linked to will probably work but you have a much greater risk of bulb/ballast failing with cheap kits like that and the light output will not be as good. With regards warranty, because they are based in china you will find any warranty process to be a complete...
It's my car that Callum was working his magic on today, have to say I'm well pleased with his work.
I haven't had the time recently to properly give the car a wash and polish as I would have wanted and as I'm doing quite a few miles it meant it was really needing some TLC. Pictures speak...
Just spotted this thread now - the wheels acutally look spot on! Tbh when you bought them I wasn't sure if they would work with your car, but having seen the photos they definately do.
Also, looking at the pictures has reminded me I have centre caps for the wheels that you can have. They...
As someone said follow the gear linkage to the gearbox and the part that connects the linkage to the gearbox itself is the "clutch pin". Makes a nice difference in shortening the throw imo, and makes it a little bit more precise.
Jesus, that's a lot of money at that age imo. I'm 21 and have an Integra Type R import insured for £800, only TPFT, but fully comp would only have been just over £1k. My old Mk1 with 2.0 engine, fully declared was only £550 TPFT.
Spotted a very nice looking 197 infront of me on the calder road today turning down into the industrial estate. It was lowered with dark coloured wheel - normally not a massive fan of 197's but though this looked ace! Anyone on here?
I was behind in a black integra DC2.
This is not the case. The MOT test does not involve any sort of check on the presence of Auto beam leveling, washers etc etc. All it includes is a check of the operation of the bulbs and to ensure they are aligned correctly, this is the case regardless of whether you have HIDs or standard...
If you want an HID kit drop me a PM and I'll do you a very good price on a set of H7's.
In you headlights strictly speaking they will not be legal. However, as long as you are sensible and check your beam alignment then it is very unlikely that you will get any trouble from the police about...
As above you need the V5 (the new owners slip from the V5 will do), MOT certificate and a certificate of motor insurance. I know they can check the MOT by computer for you now, not sure what the deal is with insurance though.
Had a Mk2 Ph2 clio behind me on Slateford Road about half an hour ago. Couldn't see colour or exact model but looked good with the lights and sounded good. Anyone on here?
Sorry if I repeat anything here as I've not had a chance to read through it all as I'm in a rush, lol. Tbh if you projector headlights or not the chances are your headlights will be illegal as there is more to the law than just needing projector headlights. However, truth be told the chances...
Step 1 - PM me and I'll do an equally good kit for a better price :D I've sold a lot on this forum and had excellent feeback from those who bought the kits. Also, all my kits come with 12 month warranty and next day delivery.
If you have any general question regarding HIDs or want to get a...
Was behind a blue 172 today on the bypass pretty much all the way from the calder junction to the sheriff hall roundabout.
I was in a black DC2 Honda Intergra.
Anyone on here?
Its a pain in the arse but you do lose it. I've now lost about 8 months 2 times because I had to change insurance company when buying a new car, so as well as paying cancellation fees I also end up paying more for my insurance as I have less NCB
Cheers folks.
Thats why I went for it tbh. There are loads of white tegs around my area and although I really wanted a teg I don't think I would want a white one as they are just too common around here. Over the moon with the black one though - gave it a clean at the weekend and it looks...
Anyone else know more about this?
Basically what they have said is that I would only get £630 back if I cancel and I paid £840 for the policy. They say that the difference is something like the insurance companies £20 admin fee and their commision of abou £150 (that doesn't add up but its...
Just to clarify - as Dink says H4 bulbs use one bulb to provide the high and low beam and this is the reason you see H4 Bi-xenon kits etc as you get some H4 kits that only give HIDs for low beam and some (Bi-Xenon) that give HIDs for high and low. THis is only used on Mk1 Clios and some very...
If you are still looking for a set drop me a PM - they aren't full for once :-) I've got some H7's in stock just now in various colours, good quality and come with full fitting instructions. Prices aren't bad either at the moment....... ;-)
