It sound unnatural to me, usually if you have a car with pop and bangs, they're at high revs, where the cam are wilder, with this map the pops are too low.

Are there any dyno of a car before and after an rs tuner map upload?

Ds2500 are spot on on 172/182 but not a big improvement over OEM 197/203 pads...they're very good on the road but not enough on track.

I don't know if they sold the display stand alone or the whole climate unit.

I think the display is broken...

Standard pads are pretty good, better than EBC I think, and obviously Mintex...How much for OEM stuff? What use, road only?

I'm lucky to have a rolling road at work, I think I'll have a RS Tuner in a few months and get the dyno before and after the map. I've got 182 manifold, sports kat and k-tec exhaust (but I'm changing the last one) and panel filter, not much but it should make some difference.

Eibach or H&R...I bought them on k-tec. Tyre wire is BETTER! I use the car everyday on b-road and sometimes on the motorway. I bought them because I had different angles between R and L, so with the bolt I was able to put them both at -1,1°.

If they have few miles but are old they can be slippery, look at the production week on the sidewalls.

Yes it's an easy job, just disconnect the sensor and see if the noise has stopped. Inside the sensor there's a little fan the sucks the air, it's the bearing of this fan that is noisy...a bit of wd40 could cure it!

8000K is too blue and they give much less lumen. 5000 or 6000 K is the way.

Mine was the same, had to change the temp sensor...maybe some WD40 would be enough?

How old are the tyres?

Instead of buying a new dogbone, fit the purple powerflex in it.You could probably find one already fitted on the car parts section.

I don't get it, why fitting some coaxials when changing the tweeter is not that hard? I fitted a 2 way Coral kit, with the crossovers behind the instruments, i had to remove the dash of course, but it's a clean job. The woofer are 165 mm so i had to cut a lot of plastic, drill the metal and fit...

Put some chrome bulbs behind them, with both the clear and the smoked ones, much better.

The k-tec superstealth is loud as f... stay away from it if you want some comfort on the motorway.

I'd like to try it on mine too, both front and rear...problem is they're very ruined. I did a pretty good job at refurbishing the wheels, with metallic filler and sanding, but I had them painted at the local paint shop (50 euros for the lot, plus 10 for meterials). I wonder if it's much harder...

Ask it to Cooper S owners...they have pops and bangs programmed in the OEM map :eek: In the last one you can even turn them on and off with the sport button!!

Seats are 12 kg each with mountings/rails. "Recaro" (they actually are standard seats with reinforced padding and recaro cloth) from the GP were 30kg. I can have them shipped to a UK Adress for 600 euros shipping included.
