yes they can be unlocked. you either need to send the ecu or a copy of the flash in it to someone (ie a tuner) capable of removing the immo data from it thus making it a 'virgin' one again. if you dont know what i mean by reading the flash then its not for you as requires technical knowledge...

yup. a pukka group n ecu is unlocked and pairs itself to your car when you 1st turn the key. Sounds like yours is already paired to another car or not what it should be !. If you paid proper money for it id be talking the person you go it from.

yup, the flashing of the indicators is controlled by the resistance of bulbs x capacitace of control unit (CR value in seconds) so when a bulb blows the CR is reduced hence a quicker flash !
