Don't know exactly what sort you need but was it one of these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RENAULT-CLIO-RENAULT-MEGANE-SCENIC-CAR-RADIATOR-NEW-/280498513748?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item414f03a754#ht_1684wt_779
I bought mine new from there, good service as well.
I've seen that one about as well, no idea who though. I've also probably seen you (Atheist) as well a few times. Been down Church rd. Thundersley recently? And around Rayleigh town.
I wouldn't be hasty with a lease plan, pay all that money for 2 years and end up with nothing at the end of it. Try Bank of mum and dad or wait to you sell your existing car, it will sell!
They mostly come fitted with bearings, some do not. As you need new discs as well Reno OE's are for you, or ECP or GSF supply other brands with bearings.
Brand new T1r's have deep treads, you can move the treadblocks with your fingers as they are quiet soft, thats why you think the sidewalls are soft. They come to their best when 2/3rd's worn so need lots scrubbing in, then the handling comes back. If you are not patient and wait for this to...
As above^ The grill is is wedged into the bumper at the bottom of the honeycombe, no clips or screws. Push on the bottom of the honeycombe with the flat of your hand working your way along the width off the slam panel and it should pop out. If it's never been off before it will be stuck fast...
You'll have to do a complete fluid change Scott and I would run a 1/2litre of brake fluid through each bleed nipple to make sure the water is well flushed out.
As for silicone do you mean silicone fluid or a gel?
The silicone sold here is Dot 5 and is not for modern cars as it has a very low...
Off road for 3 months since I bought it. Wheel refurb, new Toyo's, Battery, front and rear discs/pads, all fluids, radiator, top hose, spark plugs, various gaskets, HP P/steer pipe, refit the front wings/ bumpers, refurb the interior back to OE (Had lots off holes for speakers and other ICE...
It's all legal now taxed yesterday, insured and tested. Now my £2000 172 Cup project is complete shes back on the road but I only had time for a few miles last night to get everything up to working temperature and it's all good. I'm going to Naaarwich Saturday which almost 100miles each way...
NGK plugs can be bought from Reno or ECP and GSF they are all the same as are other service items. Just make sure you specify OE parts when ordering, its that simple.
105 IS loud, most road cars even with a decat will pass easily. A friend has Fabia diesel, 260bhp, no cat, one small excuse for for a silencer and that is 87db. Most proper tracks limit noise to 99 or105db. and airfied tracks 99db. so you will be alright on any off them.
PS or Pferdestärke is a german method of measuring power 1ps= 0.986bhp. Now dropped in favour of Kilowatt. For instance the Fabia is 130bhp which is 96kw. No doubt in the future power will go back to being measured in bhp. These things go in circles as usual.
Ok folks, It's done now and MOT test passed. Wasn't "Autoglass" as I thought, it was "Auto Windscreens", they all sound the same to me. It was not a genuine Renault part though but I have no windscreen extras anyway. Top job by the fitter though, a cup of tea always helps them do a good job...
