    Single used springs sell well to replace someones broken ones but 2nd. hand shocks not worth much at all. One off the younger fellas on Cliosport with not a lot of dosh may buy them for a few pounds. Stick em up in the For Sale thread, and help someone out.

    Yes they are, just changed mine to HEL at the front only, didn't bother with the back ones as they were too long. I cut open the old originals and found out they were braided.

    Lots of brake parts set ups in this section, have a browse. most trackday enthusiasts are happy with these. Suspension wise there are many combos, try the car on a trackday and see what you think is lacking then go from there. Thats what I'll be doing soon as I just got my Cup going.
