You done a search? Lots on this, get your fault codes read, possibly throttle pedal or throttle body pumping pedal and playing with the keys makes no difference, simply switching ignition on and off will reset it until it faults again.
Put something under the gearbox to catch the oil where the big rubber boot is, remove the 13mm bolts pull the welly off, and the remaining part of the shaft will just pull out, how the hell did it snap!! Lol
If it's scoff @ efi which I think it is, very good and RS tuning in Leeds can map them, I'm sure someone else will have more information for you as that's all I know.
This^^^^^
connect a diag machine that shows voltage or a volt meter, I bet it spikes 16+ volts @2k when all your electrics have a mare, I had this on a "recon" alternator.
Even if you bought a second hand engine you would still really need to do cambelt so catch 22 really, bumper is.....
2x t20 screws on either arch liner
4x t20 screws under neath bumper
2x 10mm bolts on front under panel
1x 10mm either side bumper corner to wing
2x grill to slam panel plastic...
Bumper and headlamp is easy peasy to take off, hope you have ordered renault tools?!?! Otherwise timing will be wrong and you will get verbally raped on here.
You vent fuel vapour to atmosphere? Should be plug same as the one on the rocker cover, sensor on top of carbon canister should be left plugged in or else you will get eml light on.
I have them, there on my turbo 172 so cant really comment on gains as they where fitted same time as the turbo, I did however wait nearly 2 months for them but I guess good things come to those who wait :)
I can only assume that it was poor contact on the throttle pedal, it would happen 2-3 times in a 30 minute journey, read the fault codes everytime it happened and it blamed pedal potentiometer, so removed cleaned and refitted plug on the pedal. 1000 miles and no light.
