Another tiny update, but feel like the interior is perfect now, New Renaultsport matts from wests renaults group buy. Oh and I already had the alloy foot rest fitted

Hear what your saying Dan, gonna try out the bluestuff's for Godspeed see how they are, if they are no good i will put the Brembo HC's and DS 2500's back on. they certainly cant be worse than the green stuffs that were on the car when i bought it!

that does not sounds good, bet the pads have cracked or the backing plate has shattered! Get them checked mate!
Not fitted the discs and pads as yet, i was going to do it tonight whist i was doing the cat but was worried about car failing the braking...
Received these today....
Managed to blag a set of new EBC Bluestuff front and rear pads, that are a new compound that are supposed to be very good.
Also a set of Godspeed grooved discs, all free!!
Will be interested to see the difference between the DS2500's and Brembo HC discs I have at...

Small update!!
Arse! tractor flicked a bloody great stone up at me today and its smashed the windscreen! glad it hit the passenger side! Having a new screen fitted on Friday, cost me £70 excess on insurance but bet its a lot...

Was this little valve in the brake vacuum hose, the diaphragm in it had perished and it was completely blocked. Fitted a new one and the brakes are no amazing! They have never been so good!
I thought after owning the car now for over six months, it was about time I put up a project thread!

go for the yoz but a big lead time and id avoid the miltek there hav been quite a few quality issues with he welds.

I never knew your car was a cat D and when at TDF it looked dead tidy, would never have guessed! You've done some really good work on it mate, night and day difference and having seen it in the flesh its been done well too!
