Driving position is the worst thing about my 172, can never get comfortable and you always feel like your on the car rather than in it. Remember having a sit in yozzas cup with buckets, that was far better, like been in a go kart

Golf GTI with same Spec as a 182 price difference will be more like 10 grand. You cant really compare the two cars as such as they are in completely different classes. I would say they have made a bit of a mistake in making the GTI FWD as getting 180 BHP down in my 172 is hopeless enough...

all you will get from webcams and cheap cameras is a picture of a blob near your car. If you want evidence quality images you need to install some security lighting and be spending a good £200 on a camera (I do alarms and CCTV for a living)

mechanic will have driven both cars on a ramp and back off so hardly qualified to jusge but a cup would be quicker round a track. 182 was quicker than a v6mk2 on top gear. In a straight line the v6 would bum rape a cup, but cups are lighter and more agile.
