The mk1 V6 is hardly slow compared to a mk2, a difference of 10bhp/ton is hardly going to make it fly! This is also assuming that youre ragging the nuts off it all the time, and dont they have the same lb/ft...? So youve bought your 255, but I reckon the 13k I saved not buying my car new could...

Thanks for your help guys. I used the Comma AC cleaner from Halfords (£12) and it worked very well, although you do need to give your interior a good clean afterwards, because the spray gets on everything. Thats my excuse. ;)

Whenever I have my aircon on, and to some degree, just the fan, my car puts out this old manky smell. Could this be down to the pollen filter, what else can I check? Thanks.
