when my car is cold ie in the morning or left for a good few hours and i hold the revs at about 1800k the car shakes like f**k but it only happens when its cold, does anybody elses car do this?

i was just coming down the expressway and i started braking and indicating left then i noticed that the rear fog light symbol on the dash was flashing with the indicator symbol. has anybody else had anything like this happen?
