    Not really but if your refreshing the rest of the suspension anyway its not a huge amount of work to swap the hubs over.

    It's the 172 cup that has different shafts, missing the support bearing.

    That makes sense my 172 has the bigger Ariel base aswell. However it’s not fitted with a sat nav which is a bit odd for them to put the wiring in.

    They don’t absolutely need the torx as the push fit holds them in place anyway. If you get the old one out you might be able to get some mole grips on the thread and wind it out.

    Yeah there’s loads it’s split between “trading” accounts (212, plus 500 etc) and “investment“ accounts (Hargreaves, AJ bell etc) If you want long term investments then an investment isa is what you should go for.

    How much did you pay for it? If it was cheap I’d sell it for parts and just buy another would probably work out cheaper than paying for an engine swap.
