well i fitted the coilies today and tbh, it wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. i did the ball joints first as i though it would be easyer to loosen them with the tension still in the legs so did them and it only took me an hour if that :) .

till next time lol.
just got a v-max coilover kit and a mate has told me that if i just put the spring in at the back and no adjuster, it will make it lower. is this true/safe to do as i would like the back to be quite low due to it being stripped/no weight in there.
cheers

im not sure the seating possition in the clio would suit a floor hinge pedal though tbh as you sit quite...
my forman at work has just bought a 1970s marcos which is in quite a state so i have taken it upon myself to help him restore it as i have a bit of a soft spot for them and they are rare as fcuk (only 100 made).
i dont really know much about them but this one has been to loads of car shows and...
i must have been one of the first to have the dephaser done. well worth it as it will go sooner or later so might as well do it whilst all the belts are off anyway. it is a fairly new thing though as when i had mine done, the renault bloke said that he had worked there for 15 years and had...
