yeh pull em off, clean the sticky glue/bonding s**t from the door card and behind the insert, pull of the standard material, recover as u wish an stick everything back together, gotta use a s**t load of bonding and glue when re applying em. Iv not retrimmed myne but i just like taking things...

Can get it from halfrauds which comes with primer, paint and lacquer. Just av a scan at ur paint code on the inside of ur door an look in the book at halfords for the colour name unless u know it. Not sure of the price though cause i robbed myne lol
