What is the best colour primer to use on alloys when changing from silver to anthracite? It is not the darkest of greys so was thinking of a white primer as a grey primer might dull the final finish. Interested in peoples thoughts and advice.

Yes. You get 5 days as that's what they allow for posting . once they have checked your details any other checks made against your car will show you have applied online.

Fuel consumption down on trip reading. Down from mid 40's to mid 30's yesterday on run to Norwich. Also sounds funny as you reach 85/90 mph and feels like its running out of steam. Hard noise to describe but engine seems to go into a low dull tone. Could it be related?

The last couple of days my 172 has felt very twitchy and unsafe on the back end. A quick look revealed that the passenger side rear shocker covered in oil and also noticed damp patches on the drive so a fairly bad leak at that. A quick ring around sourced a pair of 182 shockers. So a trip out...
