Heres what I did Rub down the rough edges with 1500 wet & dry Fill any damage with P38 metal filler Rub down filler with 1500 wet & dry Apply 6 thin coats of primer then rub down with 1500 wet & dry Apply 6 thin coats of chosen colour and rub down with 2000 wet & dry...

Woohaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa where do I start. They obviously have some good salesmen at Permagard Cue: Zymol does not cost £1000's, My Zymol Ital cost me £120....you try and buy it from an authorised seller for that. Its RRP is £360 Hence why my prices are cheaper then an authorised Zymol...

I apply it to customers cars almost on a daily basis (depending on level of service booked) and have not had any complaints yet. I am yet to apply it to the van as I keep forgetting but I will give it a go at the weekend when I get a free 5 mins.

Sounds like you may have PI springs which are very cheap and cheeful. I have had 2 sets of Gaz coilovers and to be honest they have been fine. Granted they are a bit hard but its the compromise over the more expensive coilovers.
