    -40mm will be fine mate Ride quality will depend on make of spring but I believe apex are good

    Loosen the hub nut - 30mm socket iirc Jack up the car and support on axle stands Remove wheel - 4 x 19mm bolts Remove caliper - 2 x 19mm nuts Remove disc - T40 bit iirc Remove Hub and take to back street garage along with new bearing and ask them to swap them.....will be a £10 max Then refit...

    just hit the inside of the tyre mate and they will just fall off, dont need a lot of force

    I need the original of FEAR, I managed to download FEAR Extraction Point at the weekend but didnt realise it was an add on pack and I cannot find the original game anywhere. Im no gaming geek but I do enjoy the point and blow the f**k out of everybody games and this does look good:)

    I am on my 4th set of GSD3's are they are superb, much better then the original Exalto's I had on the 182 GSD3's again are far superior to GSD2's
