i used g3 by hand, i thought the results were really good, i used a damp cloth thou because i was told you could take paint off if you dont use it damp... i just rubed it in the designated spot left it for a minute or so and took it off, if i didnt like the results i did it again leaving it to...

Yeah it will straight swap. dont forget to disconnect battery first so your airbag light does not come on

Yea they are deffo going as soon as ive done it i will get another dreadful mobile phone pic up!! i dont really know if i have 3.5 hours in me too do the job so probs take rear passenger and drivers side out and see how much time ive taken up and may leave rear till the week or next weekend.

boot light is not working, so should i change the bulb? or do i leave it? battery was brand new, i think i actually had alternator fixed, but when i checked it it was runnning at 14.5. took sidelights out the other week, could that be a problem?

alternator was running at 13, had new one so now at 14.5 but still doesnt start.... any other ideas.?

Got new Battery fitted, new alternator but when i start car in morning car is completley dead, put jump leads on and starts first time most times... any ideas whats wrong?

already been taken out, having an alternator fitted as im writing this. hopefully sort it. apparently it was running at 12 amps but should be at 14.... didnt think 2 amps would make much difference but lets hope it bloody works. if not im gunna have to check the electrics..

Right well i had same problem today again, after a new battery was fitted so something must be draining the battery, only this time the battery is completley dead and i cant get into the car as the passenger door lock just want open. any ideass?

took it back to where i got the battery from, had it tested and it was dead. checked alternator was fine so replaced the battery there and then. all running fine now. lets hope it stays that way. thanks for the suggestions thou.
