Wind the nut back on and tap the nut lightly. The shaft will come out from behind.
Off the top of my head torque settings
Track rod end is 37 nm
Upper strut bolts 110 nm
Lower ball joint nuts 100nm (not sure on this one)
Caliper carrier 110nm
Hub nut 280 nm
So you are bridging the fuel pump relay and it primes. What sort of feeds have you got to that relay?
The ecu gives the fuel pump relay the earth to switch it over so are you getting that when the ignition is turned on? Also the same With the injection locking relay?
Try swapping the black...
Sounds like the fuel pump can't keep up with the fuel pressure demand. Common on this age of Clio with k9k. The fuel pump breaks up causing swarf to be circulated around the whole injection system.
You need to get it on some good diagnostic equipment.
It's the same as the crank sensor connector. Renault sell them but their pricey.
I normally cut the connector off and crimp two small insulated speaker terminals onto the wires. Then push these onto the pins in the light unit.
