A 2004 will have a slightly different set up. As you look at the engine. Undo the jubilee clip at the top right. Then unclip the front most air pipe. Then the whole air box swings up from the front and pulls off the throttle body.

It's an idler. Only there to keep the belt running correctly as you have no air con.

Super s**t engine. Turbos, engines fail, gearbox on pre 2006 models, rocker covers blowing seals. Renault do contribute towards new engines, rocker covers and turbos though, even when out of warranty.

Check for water inside the UPC under the bonnet.

From memory, door card off. And undo the 3 t40 screws that hold the door catch in. You may struggle to get the cable off that links the outer door handle to the catch with out removing the outer door handle itself.

New door catch needed.
