It needs a new egr valve. The problem will be within the position sensor in the valve itself. I don't believe in any of these cleaning additives, pointless.
Immobiliser is integrated into the engine management. The alarms are fitted at the docks so they are an add on. In no way connected to the immobiliser.
To add a key you will need to either go to renault or a good locksmith.
I've done it before. Find a longer bolt of the same type and put that in. It will go down and reach the usually untouched threads. Should grip from there.
You will find its corroded aswell as wet so a new one is the only way to fix it 100%.
It's the actual rubber switch you need. If you take the old one apart, you will see the problem.
Someone has either taped over the bulb to stop it showing because there's an airbag fault or there's a fault with the cluster. Is the SERV light on aswell?
That unit is an aftermarket device which bypasses the immobiliser. It sends the code to the decoder rather than the key doing it. The cars obviously had a fault in the past!
