Re: Mk1 172 Hybrid Track Car Project
it should easily run 13's, i'd say low ones at that. if my cup can do it, your 172 mk1 should be able to too. FYI, i'm running 980kgs fully stripped and anywhere between 211 and 240 bhp (depending on the RR!)
Re: Mk1 172 Hybrid Track Car Project
be careful, 7.5k imho is a bit high for a standard engine, and no point either, my engine makes full power at 7.2k so a standard one probably about 6.5k
Re: Mk1 172 Hybrid Track Car Project
do a photo of between the pin and the chip it goes to, so i can see how to repair it. PS i'm an electronics engineer, shame you can't get it to me, i'd fix it in 5 mins, lol
Re: Mk1 172 Hybrid Track Car Project
The words 'f0xy' and 'virgin' don't go together! More like 'f0xy' and 'abused'!
Lol
I hope you get it sorted soon, mate, i'm out of ideas!
really? my h/comp pistons run fine with 422's. 422's have the same max lift as 428's so why wouldn't they be ok? and you only need to upgrade the map sensor to make the stock ecu like 422's iirc. personally speak to paul at RS Tuning or henk as far as stock ecu's go.
your best of putting...
