i dont see why it cant be done for close to that kind of money, with the st-150 kits we do (currently into the 100+ kits on these) we are able to offer them at 3500ish. obviously this is down to the fact we mass produce the fitting kit/boost pipes etc and buy all the parts in bulk, one off kits...
your not going to stop it really, wit hthe heat changes they undergo the brake dust will soon get build up on them, just a case of cleaning them really, i did my calipers on my trac kcar wit hhamerite and just cleaned them with wonder wheels, seems to have done the job of keeping the dirt at bay.
Wayne is a very competient mapper, we used to have him do alot of our OEM management mapping a few years ago. deffinatly one of the best out there! look forward to seeing the results he gets!
Never had a problem with the linkage to be honest, done a few now and they are all ok.
I am a jenvey fan, i run jenvey taper bodies on my own car and they are great, but wit hthe AT power bodies giving the little bit more mid range for very similar money there is no real reason to go against...
we found the AT power throttle bodies a much nicer fit than the Jenvey bodies, power wise the AT bodies have been proven to give more mid range than the Jenvey, with peak power being very similar.
We use the AT power ones now over the Jenvey items on the vauxhall XE engine and the Clio 172/182's.

wont be the lambda sensor at 7k rpm. what spark plugs did you fit, same as the ones that came out?
try putting the old plugs back in, see what happens, best thing to do is change the parts you changed back to the old stuff, work backwards.
no problems popping it up and letting us have a look...
the rear discs and pads are usual ford parts bin stuff but im 99% sure the front pads are just focus rs. i know it was a struggle getting some 2-3months back.
absolutly fantastic cars tho, few minor changes transform the way they drive and make them so much more fun
Re: someph-ing different...........
got a mate who works at rs fab aswell.
and yes saw it at autosport aswell, their work is always good, very neat welding
