I paid £6'995 last week for a '04 plate Black Gold FF 182 with 33k on the clock from a main dealer complete with 12 month warranty. Was comparable if not better (quite a bit better actually) than many other examples on Autotrader and i'm very happy with the purchase. :)

No offence to people like me? I think you misinterpreted my post mate, as far as im concerned 60k isn't high mileage at all. I was referring top the "60k don't be daft" post, unless the guy meant "60k isn't high mileage, don't be daft", but from his sparse wording it was hard to tell...

Haha awersome, I picked mine up last saturday and absolutely love it so far! Seem to be averaing around 27mpg in my first week as it's imposdsible to be light-footed when you have a car like that and it's all new and exciting to you... and living in West Sussex it's full of lovely country...

You'll likely need to rebuild the RAID array, as far as I know I don't think you can just plug them into a new mobo and then they'll work as before. When installing a new mobo you should always do a fresh install of Windows anyway due to the possible complications bwteeen different...

Obviously non OEM does not have the same limitationm you can install it willy-nilly.

Strictly speaking they're not supposed to re-activate it, but they did a lot for XP and always worth a try. :)

Yup, will install fine but officially if you ever change motherboard or PC then you will have to buy a brand new copy.

Weird, mine shuts down very quick comparted to my old XP install... though maybe that's because it's still relatively fresh. Startup is very quick too... NOD32 is a great anti-virus to use with it in performance terms, very little impact on speed. :)

I had that strange whine/whoosh noise in mine today too, I hear it when I put my foot down on the accelerator... was told by the dealer it's due to the fuel injection system and is common to many Clios. Ahh well, at least I have the warranty to fall back on if anything goes really tits up.

Well... i've just got back from 2 hours of driving pleasure, and the Clio is now mine and fully paid for MUAHAHAHAHA! :D Took the two and a half hour train journey slog to the dealers to collect and they picked me up fomr the station in the car. Got back to the dealers and gave it a good...

There's no need for 8GB at this time, not by any stretch of the imagination. 4GB for £60 is all you need ot pay for the next year two.

Yeah good purchase on both counts... Gigabyte are a favourite mobo brand of mine, and you generally you can't go wrong withy OCZ memory, great warranty and RMA service. Amazing how much DDR2 has come down in price now. :)
