Steve took me out in his white 197 during a Warrington meet earlier this year, and yeah it does feel more planted and stable. Handled better than mine anyway.
I only came to the meeting point on KK's, was a good turn out. Also I noticed a few cars heading towards the M60 when everyone was heading to Nandos, were they going home as well or did they get lost? lol
He did yeah and he'd only got his car that night as well. Saw his car last night and his back bumper is covered in white speckles too his wheel arches look a state as well.
I wish I could of mate but I couldn't because my mate in his CTR was right behind me. If I slammed on he'd have ended up in my boot. lol. Like I say I just had to drive through it :(
Yeah I will give it ago, like I say most of it has gone now but there is the odd spot of it here and there but it's taken some time to remove.
Cheers mate.
I'm really not sure what type of paint it is, don't think it's water based because the bits that I've managed to remove has felt like a rubbery texture. It's really stubborn to remove though, takes alot of effort to get it off.

Do you mean this Danny?
Yeah I suppose, it's been cold and dry mainly today which has helped me cleaning it off. Glad the rain has decided to stay away because if it was pissing down the body work would be constantly wet making it harder to locate all the specks of paint.
I quite like the looks of them, some say "boring" but I see it more as stealthy which I prefer to be honest.
I know a lad that owns one that's modded, not entirely sure what bhp it is but I've heard figures around 260bhp and in a straight line and motorways I can't get anywhere near it in my Cup.
Cheers Daniel.
Had the day off work today so I went out to inspect the car this morning and it was alot worse than I thought. Nearly every body panel was speckled with tiny spots of this white paint. Went out and bought some tar remover and spent nearly 4 hours in all getting all this s**t off...
Should try mine with a noisey exhaust then on the motorways lol.
I tend to try and avoid using the motorways as much as possible, apart from being extremely boring the constant droning from the exhaust gives me an headache.
I think it's someone's idea of a prank to be honest, a while ago some tit decided to paint "ALL COPPERS ARE b******s" in big red letters in the middle of the road on Liverpool road.
I'm not sure what type of paint it is, when I was washing it off it felt abit rubbery :S. I'm presuming it's...
