I thought that getting bearings pressed in was not good? Thats why the oe rear discs are favoured?
I suppose I'm going to just have to go down there and see what they have to say about it, they've been pretty decent in the past, not charging for stuff they couldn't fix on my gf's 1.4.

15's with 195/50/15's should have roughly the same radius as 16's with 195/45/16's, wheels should be lighter too! Depends on how you want it to look and how cheap you like your rubber!
Another thread has just reminded me, uprated engine mounts, save yourself money in the long run and improve the whole feel of the car, (if yours are as bad as mine were) slightly more vibration/feel of the engine but just adds to the character imo :cool:
I'm pretty sure the 172 version is out now, it wont make your exhaust any louder under acceleration, you get nice pops on gear shifts above 4k and epic overrun bangs/flames using engine braking over 4k!!!
I'm warming to these the more I see and hear them! Not sure if I could live with the fuel consumption but if they are as good as everyone says I spose I could overlook it!
Whats a pair of front boots cost though?:eek:
+1 Get some V6 Wheels or similar, if it's a second car, may aswell keep it that way and go to town on the engine/brakes/susp otherwise all that work on the body will go to waste:(
