yeah but with a combination of superpi and 3dmark you can guage total system performance and cpu has pretty much dick all influence on 3dmark now. Its all how many effects it can throw at the cpu. Why aquamark is good i find tests both gives you a score based on both.

yeah can buy SLI motherboards not much more than normal single pci-e 16x boards. And card was £475 wasnt cheap no. And you can test your system with aquamark3 which is what i like to use or some of the 3dmark tests. superpi etc.

GTX has more pipelines 24 compared to 20. and core speeds are a bit quicker and so is memory you can get same clocks but the raw power isnt there. But could probably unlock the other 4 pipes. It'd be a quick card anyway. To be honest it'd probably be cpu limited in a lot of games anyway.

pretty impressed with O2 ordered my K750 yesterday at 4 just arrived now. not bad really. just got it on charge so no idea what its like yet though.

im putting my 1.6 in for a remap not a renault no more though but from same engines people have got with a remap between 10 and 15bhp extra just for the remap and another 14lb ft. or so for £260 it seemed worth it to me.
