Basically I think my OEM top mounts are on the way out so I'm wondering if it's worth upgrading to the PMS solid top mounts? While I'm at it I'm also going to add a rear arb. Car is a daily so I don't want to make the car really crashy. Will these together make it quite harsh for everyday...

Spotted a white 197 in lydney just down from Tesco. Car looked tidy apart from the silly roof scoop.

Bonnet it clearly open, you can see that from the side shot. Also I thought they made a lot less than 300 in ly.

It's lighter than the 182 though so has the same power to weight as the 182 iirc. If it's just a toy buy a 172 cup or as already a mint phase 1 172

Get it to a garage and ask them to test the brakes. When I first had the 182 I noticed the car would feel a bit sluggish after a blast, I took it for an mot a few weeks later and found I had a sticky caliper. Just to add I couldn't feel it pulling about on the road under braking.

Take the door card off and see if it's still all connected inside. Also have you tried locking it with the key?

This. It looks great in the pictures but it's not a 10k car.

Fitted 2 new rear shocks, new middle exhaust mount and gave it an oil and filter change.

Yea me too, then 5 years after I sell mine they're worth 10x the money.

Basically I changed the plugs on my cup and found these in there, anyone know if these are any good for the 1*2's? Just to add the car ran fine with them in.

Thought I would update this. Still haven't sorted the problem, even changed my ecu and that's not sorted it.Not really sure what to try next tbh.

Do you have a decat Gary? I personally wouldn't worry about it to much of everything seems fine, but get it checked out for peace of mind.
