Uploaded a stage from the weekend last night , you can hear the wheel bearing making all kinds of noises , and the backend wanting to do its own thing lol , made it interesting to drive !

It's the washer that was on the car when I bought it , and have been on for the last 3 years with me , so I can safely say they are the right ones lol , as I have said , I think the stub axle is bent when I hit it that side in jersey and bent the axle.

No I'm running the larger Laguna rear hubs , the pin must be bent to have the bearings go like that , the only problem now is the disc broke I don't have any spare so I'll have to fit the standard discs with the small bearings now , unless anyone has a disc ??
What didn't happen lol , misfire on the first stage , found water in the spark plug hole , loads of spins as it was so Slippy , then the rear drivers side bearing collapsed , changed it and it did it again which put us out of the rally , not the best of rallies but sh1t happens !

They offer a smaller throw crank , longer rods and larger bore slipper pistons , these would go well with the stuff you had off me
Unless you know someone who bought this kit , then changed plans and spunked a shed load of money on a WRC Impreza and doesn't need them anymore , then it can be bought very reasonably lol

Why would anyone pay £2k for the K-tech set up ?? It cost me less than that for a DTA ecu , X dash and new engine wiring loom , it's light years ahead of the standard race car dash , giving all the info you need one one screen

I did start a thread earlier in the engine section as I am selling the solid lifter kit I bought to have an ultimate engine built but have changed plans now , and someone has moved the thread to god knows where as I can't see it now.
anyway , I'm not going to have a new engine built now , so...

The rally wasn't the best for us , the first stage was very slippy and as I hadn't done gravel since Rally GB last year I was driving like miss Daisy lol , second stage was a bit better through Sweet Lamb

Think I have bent one of mine and have a pair of standard 172 arms and the holes where the outer ball joint bolts on seem to be drilled in a slightly different place

The engine sounds very different to before , only since Sandy mapped it , more noticeable at lower revs where he cleaned it up , its a lot more crisp , and more of a bark to it , it feels better above 6k revs to me now as well.

You have to be neat otherwise your off ! some of the other stages we did are on 2 lane roads so you can let rip and get some lines in to really push on , but most of it you need to be neat and tidy

Rally hasn't gone to plan , had an off into a granite wall last night and rearranged the front end lol , the following stage was ruined by Andy Corner for us as he got held up by a car ahead of him , he should have carried on at rally speed then spoke to the officials to get his time amended ...
I can make various discs , my discs are made for the calipers and pads I'm using , could have gone with a wider pad area if I needed to , what exact sizes are you looking for ?
I have done a lot of testing between straight and curved veins and found airspeed did NOT increase through the disc with curved veins as a lot will have you believe !
The only way it would be beneficial is if you can attach cowling to the back of the hub fully enclosing the centre of the disc...
Done a bit to te car again tonight , found yesterday the bottom rad hose was leaking slightly , must have been damaged when the rod came out of the side of the block , so ordered a hose kit yesterday which turned up today so fitted them , stripped the modene off as it was leaking oil where it...
