I have the same issue, but I've simply taped the airbag light.
It passed an MOT, as currently, the SERV light won't fail it, although that could change in the future.
Pretty sure you need an airbag ECU though to turn the light off (whether it needs to be your original one, or a random one, I...
Just caught up on this thread - somehow missed the updates from the end of last year. Car looks cracking, and the interior looks great.
Glad to see it's up and running - it's a great feeling isn't it!
Not had a problem with our surfaces, but I guess it's down to what they're being used for.
For our guys, they wanted a Windows OS, simply running the Office suite, SAP, and have something light and portable.
Touch wood, not had a problem with any in 4 years.
PC wise, I build our office PC's...
How much do you reckon you can shave off, weight-wise?
I was just curious on the loom, as I spotted the bulkhead adapter. Looks really neat, and I love the labeling idea (my inner geek swooned).

I'm steering towards fitting the SM inlet and getting it mapped first anyway. Belts were only done last year so wouldn't fit cams now anyway; perhaps later on when the belts are due.
I have yet to fit the SM inlet I purchased to my 172, but before I do I was wondering whether anyone was running one, with Group N timing?
Is anyone running just the SM inlet on standard timing, and running a standard(ish) 1*2 on Group N timing?
@bloke do you have any Dyno graphs for the...
Merlin Motorsport sell smaller pieces, cheaper.
I just have a section covering the brake reservoir, but mines not a daily.
Also, if you search the forum, someone found the part number for a Renault heat shield from (I believe) a non sport Clio that fitted on and was metal.
Food for thought. Mine's currently on EPAS, with AC delete, and it currently boasts some stainless turbo rubbish exhaust. 😂
I do have a 182 downpipe (with link pipe for the 172 system), and the SM Inlet to fit. Cams might add to the fun.
Are you running the Turkish inlet too?
I still have mine to fit, but I'm thinking I'll leave it now till the belts are due, and do that, cams and mapping all at once.
Brother invested in Dogecoin (Yes, I had to check it was real too), a while back.
He bought about £30 worth and has just sold most of it to the tune of £250.
