Re: Clio 4 RS revealed
RS can only work with what Renault give them as a canvas. I love the idea of torque and a usable every day car that can cope with one or two track days a year.
Just had vmaxx coilovers fitted on the ph1, the rear springs are shocking and give me no movement at all on the back. The springs are fully compressed and tend to overlap each other. I know this has been talked about before. Is there a fix apart from replacing the springs. Mines currently set to...
Just watched the vid. Bet that thing is a right handful in the twisty B roads. Its so eager to spin its wheels up. Bloody quick when she picks her skirt up though.
Yeah so my drivers window decided to rotate in situe rather than go up when I parked up at work this morning. Managed to grab the glass close it manually and get the mechanism to hold it in place. Another job to add to the list.
The beats were ok but well over priced. I used them with my HTC one x which has beats audio and if I'm honest it was just bass overload. You loose a lot of the mid and high frequencies as the bass just dominates.
Not the best value for money imho. Loved the single cable setup though.
I shamefully took part in a traffic light GP last night which is where i noticed it (was a jokey scenario with some posh people in an audi rather than me being a dick). On a side note as i dropped the clutch I seemed to get more in the way of clutch slip than a decent get away (although I did...
If I sit at a standstill with the handbrake on, put the car into first gear with the clutch pedal fully depressed. If I then rev the engine even with the clutch pedal fully depressed the car will try to creap forward as if the clutch is not fully engaging.
I am thinking clutch cable? anyone...

Hows about that? Been recommended to get a GTX660 but they are over budget as I am getting 16gig kit of corsair Vengeance @ 1600MHz.
I am thinking of upgrading my PC as the newer batch of games are starting to challenge it some what.
The current specs are as follows, what do you recommend I purchase to upgrade this pc?
Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-M Pro
CPU: Intel i5-2400 @ 3.10GHz Socket LGA1155 (SandyBridge)
Memory: A mix...
Got to agree with Chip to be honest. Its one thing having discs machined but f**king around with pads is another. Pads disintegrate pretty easy when giving them some stick on track for example, I would not feel comfortable putting lots of heat through them once I have taken big lumps out of them...
Same sort of size as mine, Mine has the excessive inner cone too. I just sprayed the crap out of mine with K&N oil to make sure it actually filters and squashed it in as best I could.
