An interesting topic which I tried to enforce I have little knowledge of. I have just your typical word of mouth pool of knowledge. After a bit of reading (your post sparked my curiosity further) Its all to do with pulse zones. Glad I posted though.
Do NA engines not need a decent amount of back pressure?
I may be wrong..but i thought Turbo engines like a bigger exhaust as possible (with some element of back pressure however NA engines really do need a good bit of back pressure to perform properly and have a nice torque curve?
its got 5 doors! Just a note for everyone going uber low. It could all just be me but since mine has gone really low at the back the balance has gone. It feels really awful. I think these cars like a bit of rake.
I'm pretty hopeful. I'm sure it has followed this trend in the past. Later announce and a later release.
EDIT: IGN have it listed for PC and according to one of their pieces they report its listed for PC on the french Amazon site. Not definitive I give you that, but as said, i'm hopeful...
Well if you all stopped f**king about buying it for consoles and buy it for the PC...It won't really matter as it will have all the spangly dx11 stuff we all love and want anyhoo. Only painful part is having to wait longer for the game, worth it though.
If your overheating the standard brakes in a Clio then the best mod you can do is get track tuition. I am not trying to sound like a smart ass but the Clio's speed comes from momentum, its not a fast car in a straight line. The way to get speed out of a Clio is to carry speed through the...
I have vmaxx, they are pants. For example was just doing 140 on the motorway and over every little crest the dampers lost the fight against the spring and the car goes very light. Not confidence inspiring at all. Spring rates are too high, damping to soft. Rear spring setup is comical.
Because its a rally car! Exhausts tend to be tucked up as far as possible on a rally car to stop them being ripped off on stage. Also has to sit beneath Kevlar guards. A large box for twin pipes would not be feasible for this application and to be honest in my opinion twin pipe systems are...
You can use any car in the hill climb, the standard hill climb classic car is the Judd v8 BMW thing. however you are ranked in leader boards for what ever car you choose. The lmp1 cars are mad crazy fun up the hill, nothing better than holding tight through a kink at 180 mph to keep you on your...
Yeah, the online store will go live too. You will be able to spend real money and get more tracks/cars/content.
Cant get enough of the hill climb, only thing i dislike are the physics over the crests. Cars just don't go "that" light on the front as they crest. If they did, some of the higher...
Was part of the closed Beta, was at one point pretty high in the leader-boards, especially in the hill climb. Its really enjoyable, can't wait for more cars and tracks to drip through, expect world touring cars to be in there sooner rather than later.
I'm not going to turn this into a "i raced this and bla bla" kinda thread, however I came up behind another PH1 Rs today after taking mine to the garage to check air pressures now that the snow is gone. I instantly got excited, checked for the signs that it was a proper RS, then proceeded to...
I never got on with iracing. The physics were so so. If you get crossed up you can mash the brake pedal and save it. Also the steering is all wrong in terms of feel. Think i got the first licence and gave up.
Lfs was good for drifting, tyre physics was one of the best. Its been a...
If you watch this old league vid you get an idea of how we race, I also have a 2 wheel moment!!! Oh and sorry about the dodgy music...was a phase!
