I'm pretty sure this was for sale on here before but I've bought it today.
Really tidy, 16v but still got the 1.3 box and in true rally style it has already broken down.

Went to this on Tuesday. To be honest most of the cars were pants but I took a few phone pics of some of the more interesting stuff.

As in sure some of you are aware, my clio is up for sale.
I bought it from a forum member who in turn had bought it from another forum member so I never hpi'd it.
A potential buyer just hpi'd it and told me it was a cat d. I checked and it is from 2010.
Remember - no matter who you're buying...
Our kids picked up his T5 after having a facelift.
I think it looks pretty good!
Hes changing the wheels for 19" bentleys as looks a little under wheeled on the banded steels.

Not sure if there's been a thread before but I'm creating a new one anyway.
Post a picture of your favourite car that you have owned and why it's your favourite. Let's limit it to two pictures so it doesn't get too bogged down.
Heres my number one - my 2005 blobeye sti wide track and I loved...
Yorkshire meets have been shat of late. I know admin state that we don't need a rep but do the yorkshire members think that we would benefit from one? It's a big area with lots of members but there are literally no meets and this leads (IMO) to a lower number of members from this area...
I could have probably put these on my other thread but im needy so decided to create a new one.
Just washed and wiped off and thats it but came up really nice. Im really happy with my painted vents and scoop. Theres still a few bits of bodywork to address but dont think it scrubs up bad for a...
I have taken the clio off the road as wanted a change but didnt want to sell. I kind of regret selling my old Subaru but didnt want too much money in one vehicle and after driving a mates classic I decided to go down the route.
I spotted this one for sale on scumtree and the seller wanted top...
I'm getting hassled to choose something for Christmas so have decided to buy something clio related from pure motorsport as I really like the look of their stuff.
My choices (for a clio 172 cup) are either the top mount and strut brace package or the gear linkage / short shift thing.
Anyone...
Meeting at Colton Retail Park LS15 9JB at 1pm on the 17th November before setting off for a little drive on local roads and hopefully get some pics.
Anyone else fancy it?
Had these on for a week or so and went out (with the kids) to get some pics this morning as it was sunny.
Pretty happy with how the car looks now, wouldnt mind it a tad lower at the front but the Spax have seized.

I went to the breakfast meet this morning and despite the cack weather it was still a good morning. That said, I think some of the supercars decided to stay at home as didnt seen any ferraris or new lambos.

While I was having my itbs done I asked the guy doing it to wind the front of my car down a little - spax coilies fitted.
unfortunately, the fronts were seized and despite soaking them in penetrating fluid they still wouldn't budge?
Anyone any suggestions or shall I just get used to my ride...
Finally got my car back from Mark at Frenchsport Tuning after the insteall of my Jenveys and Gen90.
I shouldve known after my previous ITB attempts that it wouldnt have been straight forward and it wasnt but it could have been worse.
Here is a picture of the car anyway;

I'm not doing this work myself so forgive me as this is coming from the lad who is doing the work.
The ECU has been fitted but the fuel pump isn't working. The pump works fine on the standard ecu but isn't happening at all on the gen90....
Anyone got any ideas?
In the middle of doing the throttle body conversion on the clio and understand I need a bracket for the throttle pedal.
After viewing another thread I saw that someone had purchased one yesterday from ktec for £22. The wife called them on my behalf and after a full day if trying they informed...
Would there be any interest in a regular monthly meet for us yorkshire folk?
Maybe a drive out or pub meet?
The arranging and attendance of meets as been pretty pants this year (like last year.......and the year before that) so would be nice to have something regular with a reasonable attendance.
I was looking at buying one to shred with my bonnet pins but they all seem to want around £100 plus delivery.
Is that the going rate or am I better holding out and waiting for a cheaper one to find along?
