Yes they are 100% genuine but I don't have anything from Renault as they came via a motorsport contact.
They do have the Sachs hologram on them which would cost a fortune to replicate.
I'm sure you won't be disappointed as there is no alternative and I've never seen them come up for...
Probs cost nothing to return to standard- sell wheels & buy 182 wheels & with the spare change get rid of all the red shizzle.
Maybe I should buy it & return it to its former glory.
Make sure you get the full aux belt kit- not just the belt. The tensioners are prone to seizing up-
So budget around £600 with dephaser & then cams on top if req.

There are very few 197s that have been turned into track cars- most have had a lot of money on Meg 225 engines- then sellers want north of 9k on them-

PH1 172 -- the original. Most peoples favourite. Hard to find decent ones these days.- most need money spent...
