Ouch 24hr entry the other year was 5k ish +vat so I was told, so £3.50 a minute. The 6hr works out at £9.15+vat a minute! As Clio80 says races like some of VLN, and the European 24HR's are much better value for money and most of the entry fee's include transport!

The 24hr is a bargain compared to the 1000km (6hr) it seems to me! :(

I was speaking with David at Britcar this morning and he said £665+vat for the 5 normal rounds! I think the 1000km is very overpriced however.

Can't say i've seen or heard of one but would be nice :) In the blue book there is a trade directory but thats all i've seen :) Tweeks and Opie oils do a similar scheme to that Chip but you can get just as much discount by negotiating and keeping the car free from stickers lol

That looks the same as the valve I got and mine came with the bar too! I don't understand why some cars dont have the bar, without it surely the valve doesn't adjust for when more weight is in the back of the car?

No need to apologise mate its an important part of racing unfortunately, but at the level I am racing it is a hobby and because of that most of the cost has to be paid by me and if I cant afford it then I wont race :( The racing is awesome and can't think of anything i'd rather spend my time...

Yeah exactly Chip, its only companies that are trying to sell products/services to the target audience that see the car and it's difficult trying to get money from anyone! I always try but very rarely sort anything out anymore :(

Just got Tapatalk 2 on the Iphone and it's much better than the normal one, I was having the doubling up of posts issue on the old one and it was really annoying but 2 seems great!
