The problem for mine is the coil pack can’t fit under the strut brace if it has the 172 breather setup
Thanks will give that a try :)
Wouldn’t I need the ford coil pack mate?
2nd engine now sourced this will be the long term spare but will go in the car in January for the wiring to be done and then will get mapped :) I am going to carry on my journey of self teaching and try and fit my 421’s and also a set of ARP’s, I also need to put on a different sump as I will be...
Just had to do one of the most depressing tasks of the year! Realised this morning some robbing fraud has been using my bank details online and i’m missing some money from one of my accounts. The bank asked me to check all my accounts with them and this led me going through my “clio account” It...

Not sure really Mick, I guess it will be around 1k as that's what the normal Gen90 is (I think) and this is just that with a multi connector and a bit of heat shrink ;)
Would be a much cheaper option than new dash, loom, switch panel and ECU I imagine. The only thing that would worry me is the...
Mike I know it is still 1k but have you seen that K-Tec have created a Gen90 with interface that connects into the standard dash and wiring loom on the cup racer? I'm not a fan of the way they have wired it but it's a good solution and would just be plug and play instead of having to do new...
I personally wouldn't be changing hub's if it was my car, you are then having hub's with more expensive bearings, Driveshafts have to be changed too don't they due to length? The track rods are longer on the cup hub variants too. I would either go with the spax or call and get a price on the...
Mmm tricky one Phil, The AST's do work with the PMS top mounts no issue. I got a little bush made up to go inside the PMS sleeve as the top shaft diameter is smaller but I doubt it'd be an issue I just have OCD.
I do rate the spax stuff and I would go with these over the KW's. I can't really...
It does help lol! That's what I did in the clio at the end of the season fit some £7 rear pads with PF01's in the front
Yeah just pop up a wanted thread for the bits. I did have a second 172 cup master cylinder but I think I left it at Fred's the other month
